CDW will only be effective subject to availability of a police report. Acceptance of CDW does not cover the non – waiverable excess amounts indicated above which shall be the responsibility of the Renter. CDW coverage, do not cover missing items, or accessories or damages on the undercarriage and upper carriage of our vehicle, caused by negligent driving as per stipulated in our terms and conditions of our rental agreement.

Full Maintenance

• Replacement Vehicle (Whenever necessary)

The vehicle will include:

• Standard accessories approved by the government
• Alarm System
• Remote Control – Central locking
• Air Conditioning
• Radio player
• Optional accessories as supplied by the car manufacturer

Terms & Conditions:

• For Long term Rental (Eg. 2 Years) – For a minimum 2-years hire, hirer shall be obliged to provide a deposit equivalent to 2 months hire charges. Such payment shall be construed as liquidated damage upon confirmation and acceptance of our Letter of Offer. No early termination of the 2 years lease will be allowed.

Terms & Conditions: Daily Rates

• Rates are for 24 hours period.  Additional hours are charged at one sixth (1/6) the Daily rate up to a maximum of six (6) hours when an additional day will be charged. (Should there be excess hours incurred, an additional day charge of CDW will also apply).

Collection and Delivery

These are chargeable from a minimum fee of RM15.00 and above per collection or delivery subject to 6% SST. The amount chargeable will depend on the distance and accessibility of the destination from the nearest MyValue Travel rental location.

Delivery

Upon receipt of your Acknowledgement of our Letter of Offer and the required deposit, time of delivery of the new vehicle will be subject to the availability of the stock from the manufacturer. Should the required vehicle be unavailable, another vehicle (not necessarily of same capacity or model) shall be provided for your usage temporarily. 

Payment

The monthly hire charges will be computed based on calendar month and will be invoiced on monthly basis. 

MyValue Travel Sdn Bhd accepts payment by all major credit cards. For authorized company, we require a LOU/PO and your confirmation to sign and revert a copy to us.

Entry into Singapore and Thailand (Cross Border Restrictions)

All vehicles rented from MyValue Travel are prohibited from entering into Thailand. For entry into Singapore, please refer to MyValue Travel for advice and permission. 

Others

Petrol, parking, toll fees, traffic fines and other miscellaneous charges are the responsibilities of the Hirer. In the event of any legislation changes to Sales & Service Tax, the Lessor reserves the right to incorporate these changes by adjusting the contracted rate(s).

Mode of Payment

MyValue Travel Sdn Bhd accepts payment by all major credit cards. For authorized company, we require a LOU/PO and your confirmation to sign and revert a copy to us.

Deposit Payment

Hirer shall be obliged to provide a deposit equivalent to 1 month hire.

Emergency Service

In any emergency situation, such as breakdown, kindly contact Mr Jackson, Operations Manager for further advice and assistance.
